Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Demand generation and product launchMake sure our Razerstores are promoted as the best place to physically experience our products and servicesAlign on the sales and marketing objectives for each product launch and ensure each program meets the Retail department targetsPropose instore or/and omnichannel innovative programs that create the buzz ahead of launch day to draw the attention of our community and increase our instore trafficBuild a global retail store marketing NPI programs that includes schedule, assets, budget, and all requirements to provide our customers with a phenomenal store journeyEnsure a consistent brand asset deployment across all flagship storesProduce evocative and compelling content across all the customer touch points to increase customer interaction and conversion at the POSGuarantee the readiness of our physical stores for each product launch and report sales and marketing result accordinglyPromotion and campaignBuild and execute appealing and successful retail campaigns across our global retail footprintResponsible for planning, budgeting, and executing all RazerStore promotion campaigns across 3 different regions and 6 marketsBased on stores product performance and customer expectations, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative programs align with Brand aspiration and local demandBased on data and market insights, work with Global Marketing team to promote our campaign to the appropriate segment and define budget allocation per channel according to our sales and marketing targetsIdentify sales and marketing opportunities by always keeping a close eye on gaming and tech trendsPrograms and communityResponsible for all store community programs across all the regionsPlan all instore activations such as Razerstore opening, gaming tournament, product workshop, meet and greet and position our store as a go to place for the communityEnsure program quality and consistency with the support of partners and gaming communities with the objective of increasing awareness/traffic of our storesPlan annual budget and keep advocating our unique offering to reach new partners and grow our capabilitiesBuild evocative content according to the region and the channels to ensure strong community involvementResponsible for RazerStore customer engagement/retention to expand our global communityPre-Requisites :10+ years of experience in physical retail/direct to consumer marketing with experience in successful product and promotion launches from planning to executionExperience in lifestyle, consumer electronics/tech, gaming highly desiredStrong interest in gaming, entertainment, eSports or sports in generalUp to date on social media trends and consumer behaviorsStrong understanding of instore customer journey and retail KPIsBasic understanding and experience in various digital marketing tools (FB Ad Manager, SEO, Email Marketing, GA360 etc.).Pro-active and organized, able to manage multiples projects in different regions in a fast-paced environmentExperience in project managing complex, cross-functional projects’Strong leader, show ownership and thrive for resultResourceful and communicative, able to build strong internal and external relationshipsAre you game?
