The candidate has the responsibility of helping onboard merchants, perform quality assurance checks, provide customer support for merchants, handle contract amendments, and financial settlements. This position requires an organized individual who is capable of delivering quality work within expected service levels for our merchants.Support the Account managers through the following;Execute the onboarding of new merchants on our platforms and integration with our systemsWork with cross-functional teams to solve merchant issues when they arrive and deliver solutions in a timely manner with qualityProvide ongoing quality assurance checks of our merchant integrations on our platform, through our payment systems and other areas of our businessProcess contract edits and renewals with the support of legal teamsManage financial settlements with our merchants on a monthly basisPre-Requisites :2-3 years of relevant experienceHas experience working in the services industry and back office operationsGood communication skills in Chinese - as this is to liaise with mandarin-speaking merchantsHighly organized and detail orientated in the execution of their workProactive in solving problems within their realm of responsibilitiesExperience in working with international partners and global/regional partnershipsHas knowledge of the online gaming content / industry and its competitive backgroundGood analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis to provide business insights which increase operational performanceKeen sense and interest in latest technology developments, market trends, near future trends and web technologiesGood communicatorHighly adaptable to changing environment and business landscapeKnowledge on payment industry for games and entertainment is an advantageAre you game?
