Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Develop and execute technology risk management framework, policies and procedures to support the business.Develop and enhance technology and security risk related documentations (and other relevant documents) to ensure alignment to group policies and adherence to various regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS, BNM etc).Develop technology and security risk reports & dashboards for various audience and committees (including board and senior management). Develop and track key risk indicators (KRIs) in accordance to enterprise wide risk management framework.Ensure governance and oversight of various entities and technology workstreams to comply to internal, industry and regulatory requirements.Provide effective challenge to the adequacy and effectiveness of various technology and security controls.Conduct technology, security and related risk assessments to identify and manage control gaps.Collaborate with business units to provide support and guidance for technology risk related matters.Lead/Involve in the formation of technology risk committees and to be involved in other relevant ones.Involve in audit engagements.Involve in IT and security breaches and incidents’ workstreams.Pre-Requisites :A bachelor’s degree, post-graduate diploma, profession degree in computer science/information technology/security or equivalent (candidates with relative level of related experience will be considered).Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience (8 years and above for lead roles).Possession of industry relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ITIL, COBIT etc will be an advantage.Knowledge/experience with various countries' regulatory requirements will be an advantage.IT and security engineering/operation experience will be an advantage.IndependentExcellent analytical skillsProblem solving attitudeTeam playerFor lead roles, experience in people management, ability to lead and influence people is expected.Are you game?
