You will be executing successful co-marketing campaigns with game partners, driving Razer Gold brand strategy, expanding digital marketing capacities and delivering good ROI. You will represent Razer Gold both internally and externally to evangelize the service. You will be collaborating with other Razer business units (Esports Team, Peripherals, Software, Razer Store, Fintech…) to create new opportunities for Razer Gold while leveraging Razer's unique ecosystem.Work closely with our strategic partner in Indonesia to run and expand Razer Gold wallet.Responsible for the opening of channels to drive distribution for Razer Gold PIN.Negotiate agreements with partners and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer Gold.Coordinate local marketing activity with our strategic partner in Indonesia.Formulate and implement an account penetration, -management and -growth strategy and plan that maximizes sales and profits.Drive the business development to develop performance targets for key merchants/contents.Identify business opportunities and work with global business development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities.Develop long-term partnerships within the games and entertainment industry to drive business opportunities.Continuously monitor the market development.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or similar in related field.5+ years of experience in sales or business development in gaming/ digital content/ payment service industry.Track record of successful channel acquisition and business development.Knowledge in the gaming and digital content landscape and partners across PC, Mobile and Console.Strong network of contacts in the payment service and/or games industry is prefered.Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategies to counter challenges and grow new businesses.Experience in working with international partners and multi-countries partnerships.Excellent team player, especially in working with global team experience.Desired Skills:Leadership capabilities to drive, motivate and chart new business direction.Keen sense and interest in latest technology developments, market trends, near future trends and web technologies.Good communicator.Highly organized, deadline orientated and self-motivated.
