Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and being a team player is a must-have. Additionally, you should have a strategic approach to social, know how to maximize a prime social opportunity and also have a forward-thinking outlook to research new topics and develop a pipeline of content. Furthermore, you need great attention to detail, ability to adhere to deadlines, and the creative adaptability to tailor content to the needs of each social platform.Key Responsibilities:Create engaging content on all Razer social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram/Reels, YouTube and Tiktok with the goal of channel growth and engagementAbility to write witty, engaging copy ideal for social media postsKeep abreast with the latest trends, memes, industry happenings and integrate them into compelling contentDevelop an ongoing content calendar in support of marketing goals and funnels across all social channels in collaboration with the Marketing Director/Product Team/Esports teamCollaborate closely with internal and external key stakeholders, including design team, product marketing, PR and business development.Closely monitor & operate social media channels and consistently evaluate, what posts are successful to optimize content (and proofread mistakes)Use effective time management skills to adjust and prioritize different tasks associated with social media managementHave excellent communication skills to explain concepts and propose content strategiesIdentify unique opportunities for social engagement and propose micro-campaigns to take advantage of.Conduct post-performance analysis and reporting to optimize social content towards growth and engagement goalPreferred Skills and Qualifications:At least 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Social Media MarketingBA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR or equivalent practical experience.Language Skills: Fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second language.Strong writing and social media content creation skills.Great communication and influence skills, relevant experience in educating others on social media best practices.Understanding of social media best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniquesOrganized with project management and follow-through skills.Experience in the use of social media management and analytical tools/software & editorial content calendaring.Must be a gamer.Good To Have:Experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brand.Knowledge in Software like Adobe Photoshop, PHPBB, HTML5 & CSSPre-Requisites :Salary Ranges :$73,435.00 - $122,392.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
