You will provide best HR advisory on issues such as Talent attraction, Talent retention and Employer branding. You will also be responsible to oversee the day-to-day HR deliverables. You will oversee the expansion of the business with the support of local HR an regional HR team.To partner with business and functional leaders in the Philippines team, playing a key role in supporting business growing requirements.Partner with hiring managers in identifying business needs and translating them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget, and quality constraints.To manage and execute payroll processes and personal data administration, as well as to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company’s policyOversee payroll from end to end process with the payroll team in a timely manner.Review, develop and recommend new approaches to the employee lifecycle as the company continues to scale in the areas of employee engagement.Work with the global HR teams to develop and drive the delivery of people plans and solutions, that are aligned to targeted business plans.Influence individual and collective mindsets around behaviour and performance, in order to achieve targeted business outcomesManagement of key people metrics and action plans in areas of retention, talent and employee engagementLead and deliver key strategic HR projects for the local business leaders.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a HRBP/HR GeneralistExcellent interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with employees of all levels Sound knowledge on local employment law and legislation and be experienced in representing the business for all local HR related matters.A team player and possess a customer-focused attitude Resourceful, independent, analytical and is self-driven with high degree of professional integrity Experience working in a high growth industryAre you game?
