The retail supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, supervising sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will problem-solve and support opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community events and partners.Essential duties and responsibilities:Supervise and train sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve store sales targets and goals.Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.Mentor and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing all store events, working closely with store staff, corporate departments, community teams, and social media outlets.Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with attractive displays that highlight new and featured products.Oversee the store's cash management and inventory control processes.Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Perform other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
