Our team is looking for a Payment, Partnership, and Business Development Manager to help us enhance the gaming experience for our users. The manager will focus on developing and managing relationships with payment partners, distribution channels, and merchants. The primary goal would be to drive revenue growth and increase the adoption of Razer Gold in Mexico and Latin America Countries, except Brazil.* You must submit your resume in EnglishEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify business opportunities to increase game credits revenue in the Latin American market. This will involve researching and evaluating potential payment partners, distributors, and retailers to expand Razer Gold's networks as well as managing ongoing relationships.Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth through presentations, proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with partnerships and collaborations.Encourage Razer Gold as the unique global and local game currency across Mexico and all of Latin America Monitor and provide regular reports on sales activity and progress toward goals. This will involve tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvement.Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service team to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with market needs and business goals.Identifying and establishing strong relationships with clients, partners, and gaming developers in the Latin American market.Work with the marketing team in facilitating sponsorships, marketing partnerships, and influencers across the region.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment partnerships and business development in the gaming or fintech industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or a related fieldFluent in English and SpanishStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ROI and analytics oriented.Experienced in managing multiple agencies across regions.Able to work in big companies with a startup taste.Strong understanding of the Latin American market and business cultureLanguage Requirements Ability to read, speak, analyze, and interpret complex documents in English and Spanish. Ability to respond effectively to all types of inquiries. Ability to write effective communication such as email and instant messaging, and ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
