Support TA teams with resume screening, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication when requiredSupport through the end-to-end hiring processes to ensure positive experience for candidates.Assist in continually improving the effectiveness of the recruitment process, research best practices, obtain feedback from new hires, and hiring managers, and utilize data to refine and improve the processes over time. Build strong connections with broader HR community including global, regional, and local HR TA team.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.Assist with onboarding activities as and when needed.Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned by the manager/ HR management team from time to timePre-Requisites :A strong interest in HR and recruitmentHaving a passion for people, talent acquisition and cultureTech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptableHigh level of initiative and mind set of continuous improvementMeticulous, detail-oriented and organised.Good communication and good at building up interaction with other peopleResult-oriented, resilient, hardworking, humble, persistent, and independentAre you game?
