The job also involves developing project scopes and objectives, creating a detailed project plan, measuring project performance, managing changes in project scope, and performing risk management. Effective communication and relationship building with third parties/vendors are essential, and the job requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing regular status updates.Responsible for multi-region projects, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, staff to lead and coordinate meetings.Manage and lead project teams including internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress as well as create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Report and escalate to management as needed.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow up on issues in a timely manner.Pre-Requisites :A bachelor’s or master’s degree program majoring in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, proven record in the information technology sector.Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail.Understanding of financial technology industry (i.e. payment service) and e-commerce market and technologies.Proactively learn the needs of internal or external customers and takes appropriate action to meet customer expectations; strong ability to drive for change based on end-user needs.Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals.Sound written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.Project management qualification like PMP or Agile is a plus.Knowledgeable or exposure in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus.Proficiency with project management tools including, but not limited to, MS Project and JIRA.Are you game?
