Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Manage the vendor relationships and process the payments, according to the Finance Policy and US GAAPPerform full cycle accounts payable functions by coding, vouchering, reviewing, and processing all types of invoices while ensuring compliance with AP internal control, policies, and proceduresProcess vendor and employee payment runs three times a monthReview for accuracy employee and AMEX corporate card expense reports submitted through COUPA and ensure they are consistent with Razer’s PolicyReview purchase requisitions submitted through ServiceNow for compliance with internal policiesPrepare month-end accruals and the associated journal entriesAnswer inquiries from vendors and employees and resolve outstanding issuesSetup new vendors in SAP and update W-9 and W8-BENMaintain accounts payable related files and recordsAssist with annual financial audit by outside auditorsAssist in UAT testing and contribute to process improvements and automationsPrepare and generate1099 forms in compliance with IRS regulations and ensure all data reported on the forms are accurate and completeAssist with special Accounting/Finance projects as neededDesirable:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist position or equivalentStrong understanding of GAAP and general accountingProficient in Microsoft Office.
