As the Long-Term Planning Manager in the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team, you will play an integral role in working across the Global business to consolidate & present demand & supply movements In line with business change. You'll work with the Capacity & Forecasting, Global Service Delivery, Finance and Transformation teams to co-ordinate demand & supply changes because of GCX initiatives and report on progress against targets spanning multiple channels and locations.About the RoleBuild global tracking of all movements to planned demand & supply through a number of business portfolios e.g Growth Initiatives / Regulatory Changes / Operating Efficiencies / Business Transformation activitiesConsolidation of outputs from individual market plans to create a Global overview for presentation to Exec leadership on planned metrics and movements to plan against strategic priorities and goalsBuilding positive relationships within the Planning function to stay on top of all changes to planOwn & support the monthly engagement cycle with Global Service Delivery Directors across all markets and other support teams to agree resource plans / future spendWork closely with Transformation teams to assess and agree business impacts, sharing with the relevant planning teamsResearch, develop and deploy new tools and processes to improve control change management within the Global planning teamProvide accurate and relevant insight into variations to forecast for both demand and supplyTake the lead for Planning on consolidating annual budget forecasts in conjunction with Finance providing cost variance analysis to explain movements throughout the yearAbout YouExcellent analytical and presentation skills. Can think systemically and accurately and distil sophisticated information into a comprehensive and concise storyStrong eye for business. The ability to relate Long Term Planning processes and objectives to broader business issues and vice versa.Understand the details of your business plans and performance. Be able to explain variance to the plans and callout deviationsExcellent communication and engagement skills, ability to take complex information and simplify into partner languageProven understanding of WFM systems, tools, and processes with the ability to identify and implement best practicesGood decision-making capability, knows how to drive decision making in the organisationProven experience in Contact Centre Planning or Operations with significant understanding of Forecasting & Capacity PlanningAbility to develop strong professional relationships and influence peers and senior leadersStrong people focused leader passionate about people development and growth.Highly proactive, willing to take ownership, requires limited oversightBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
