Excellent relationship management, strong intellectual curiosity, collaboration and storytelling are key to unlocking impact.You will interact and work closely with global GSD Teams, Finance, Global Learning Organisation, Global Work Force Management and other regional and global organisationsResponsibilities:Collaborate with partners to scope and scale, customer and business, risks and opportunities to drive GCX StrategyContinual analysis of the macro environment and translation of new and emerging trends to practical performance management plansEstablish predictive and dynamic critical metric modelsIndustry benchmarking and engagement to embed best in class Operational and Planning practices and ways of workingSupport annual planning and budget cadencesParticipate in and lead cross functional, indirect, teams/projectsProvide ongoing insights into business performance, inc. a range of regular outputs and adhoc insight / MI requests.Support and provide critical insights for the Director of Business Performance to enable the GCX leadership team to have insight led performance conversationsRequirements :5 years plus experience in similar or related role, committed provision of Operational insights and analytic recommendations to Exec team membersNaturally curious with exceptional problem solving combined with storytelling, translating analytical and market insights into clear recommendations, effectively delivering to technical and non-technical partnersDeep analytical attitude: Strategic & dynamic thinking with the ability to turn strategy into action planning & commercial excellenceProven experience managing internal and external senior and exec partnersAbility to influence and lead teams both directly and indirectlyAble to demonstrate strong collaborator management and presentation skills to support bringing others on the journey.Proficient using data, insight, research and experience to bring clarity to ambiguity.
