In this role you will manage the eBay Plus loyalty program to drive profitable engagement, lifecycle management and retention of new and existing eBay Plus members.Here are some things you’ll find yourself doing day-to-day:Managing the Loyalty P&L – working with our Finance and Analytics partners to ensure we have a clear view on our expenses and revenue associated with the program.Driving member acquisition via paid and owned campaigns.Develop retention strategy for existing members e.g free trial conversion, monthly membership conversionWorking with our customer facing GCX team to manage Loyalty queries and resolve issues.Developing our onboarding and lifecycle strategies for eBay Plus customers to ensure members connect and engage in the program.Working with cross functional teams in marketing operations and with external agencies to execute loyalty campaignsUsing data and analytics to report on and optimise campaignsWorking with Product team to implement onsite experience improvements that drive engagementThe person we’re looking for:Experience of working within a loyalty programBachelor’s degree in relevant fieldStrong analytical skills & attention to detailYou’re agile and thrive under pressureYou put the customer at the heart of what you doA multitasker who can drive multiple projects and project streams at one timeAbility to influence others and establish relationships across the organisationDrive to hit financial targets#LI-DW1A bit about eBay:At eBay, we 're passionate about connecting people with the things they love.
