We have over 155M active buyers in 190 countries.The Account Manager will ultimately be responsible for seller success within the Trading Cards team leading to meaningful improvement in our seller satisfaction scores by driving partnerships and providing seller support. This individual will be the heart of the seller community, engaging daily with top sellers, mapping out seller optimization and support plans, attending tradeshows and events while building out seller-level metrics for success and reporting out weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Core Responsibilities:Develop an excellent understanding of key sellers’ business operations and current strategies and utilize those insights to find and deliver growth opportunities.Responsible for optimizing seller accounts, uncovering pain points and to root cause opportunities to achieve strong business results.Scaling up top seller activities by providing constructive business consultation and key guidance.Work collaboratively with internal and external resources, inclusive of trust & safety, product management, marketing, advertising, and business development teams to meet business targets.Provide project management experience defining objectives and outlining tasks to support seller’s needs.Lead annual account planning processes to design the strategy for each seller’s success including financial health metrics and financial reporting with tracking necessary to achieve.Dive deep into the seller’s business to understand the key levers/drivers impacting performance and report out on those metrics regularly.Qualifications:At least 3 - 5 years working experience in category management or account management rolePassion working in collectibles or trading cards preferably with ecommerce experienceStrong background in driving results through business development and relationship managementEffective communication skills and highly self-motivated to drive overall resultsSolid cross functional partner with problem solving mindsetProject management experience is preferredBasic presentation and quantitative skillseBay Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
