Steward integrated marketing planning, ensuring Focus Verticals Marketing feeds into, and is consistent with, the overall strategic goals/plans.Understand our target audiences and their purchase journey. Develop positioning and messaging to appeal to them, and select the optimal channels to deliver that messaging.Plan, forecast, implement & measure marketing initiatives for target audiences, including a focus on retention of existing customers for focus verticals - Parts and Accessories, Home & Garden, Refurb and Fashion - in collaboration with your team.Set qualitative and quantitative marketing and team goals that support overall business objectives and individual development. Set achievements, establish standards, achieve outcomes, review performance regularly, and adjust if needed. Own the learning agenda.Coach, train, motivate, develop and enable talent across the team.
