This is a hybrid role based in Bern.Responsibilities include...Schedule and book regular and ad hoc meetings, calls, video conferences; balancing priorities against annual, quarterly and daily requirements whilst considering local and global initiativesManage end-to-end travel, accommodation, events and dinnersRun annual calendars and ensure it is aligned with the International Markets calendarComplete core administrative processes e.g. supporting executive with Finance administration, filing travel expense reimbursement requests and handling correspondenceMaintain and share common work files, email distribution lists, as well as team contacts and office informationManage external vendors / suppliers as requiredAssist in the production of meeting agenda, minutes and action logs (MS Word / Excel) and visual presentation materials as required (MS PowerPoint)Organise international meetings and supporting visits as requiredWork closely and ensure positive relationships with other EAs across the eBay business to ensure Leadership Team alignment on all calendar and logisticsDeal with initial queries from eBay team membersAct as a gatekeeper as, handling highly confidential information with discretion and precisionBuild and help lead a strong team culture including the facilitation of in house team eventsAbout you...We would love to hear from you if you have proven background as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive in a multinational context.
