The role The GM UK P&A will have a proven track record as a GM of an online marketplace in the digital ecommerce, C2C or B2C space. Broad functional skills with proven success in multidisciplinary leadership including investment, marketing, product, operations, and P&L leadership is a must-have. This role has 3 main responsibilities: A. Business: Delivery GMV/GMB growth Move ICS significantly up Deliver the most abundant catalogue of inventory (every part for every vehicle) Deliver best in class end-to-end customer experience B. Customer Continue growing CSAT by addressing inventory gaps, pricing, trust gaps and building a world class product experience Attract and retain buyers and sellers C. Team Build a strong team to achieve excellence Drive outstanding customer satisfaction scores The role will also include: Excellent decision-making skills with an interest in identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives. Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information where you may have ambiguity and need to use data to meet deliverables and drive initiatives to completion within specified timelines. Prior experience successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams. Established relationships with key industry players and partners. Experienced at influencing & negotiating others. Execution-driven, growth-oriented, customer-centric ownership approach to drive performance against agreed KPIs.
