And the flexibility to own & lead important work – including brand and performance marketing strategic campaigns, social media strategy and the oversight of both eBay performance marketing investments and analytics.You will be part of a team that brings creativity, knowledge, energy and diversity.The team covers areas including:•   Brand Strategy and Branding activations•   PR&Content Strategy•   Media&Marketing Strategy •   Performance Marketing&CRMMedia Lead reports into the CMO and will be based in Milan.You will be an inspiring contributor in the Media space, love competition and driving growth and get excited about the responsibility to represent eBay Italy in the ever-changing retail environment.Key responsibilities:Develop Media strategy across funnel, from upper to lowerDevelop budget investment, media flow charts and media KPIOptimize advertising strategies for a variety of diverse audiences and channelsNegotiate with media channels in order to close competitive dealsManage and supervise a team in day to day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning/execution and serving as a resource for the teamTrain, motivate, grow and evaluate team-membersWhat we are looking for:Strong experience (8+) in media market landscape (very dynamic sectors – FMCG, Automotive, Telco are a plus)Excellent knowledge of SEM, CMS and CRM management and eCommerceIn-depth understanding of SEO ranking factors and Google Ads toolsConfident at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimizationExperience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities for collaboration within an organizationWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languagesConfident with Online video strategy, Display, DCO and target-content optimization (across all digital platform)Experience conducting AB testing with large data setsConfident working with large marketing budgetsAbility to manage and coordinate external resources (ex.
