You will be able to approach technical and also strategic challenges, while at the same time making a difference and driving positive change.Key ResponsibilitiesTo grow and improve the health of our Nectar collecting customer baseOwn the overall health of our Nectar customer base and drive growth in the base through a combination of critical initiatives and tactical campaignsChampion the Nectar customer through an insight driven approachReview and understand the dynamics of our Nectar customer segments and audiences, and create recommendations and plans on how we can improve themShare knowledge and thought leadership to advance team’s thinking and incorporate standard methodologies into processesCollaborate with other team members to establish how we can retain Nectar customers and prevent them churningTo create alignment between Nectar and other global CRM and loyalty programmesCollaborate with our global Customer Marketing team to share best practice and optimise our campaigns and initiativesCollaborate with in-country business teams to understand business strategy and marketing plans.Handle internal stakeholder relationships to meet briefing deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on timeLead and coach a skilled, highly effective and well-respected team who can be counted on to deliver. Give guidance and ensure quality of output.
