We are a group of diverse teammates who together drive a complete business and are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team.As a member of the Global Markets Communications team, the Communications Specialist is responsible for executing internal communications programs and campaigns for the Authentication Operations organization globally in support of our broader Global Markets strategic objectives.This role is responsible for:Establishing an internal communications strategic approach in conjunction with senior leadership and communications partners across the organization.Ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to Authentication Ops team members.Planning, writing, editing, producing and publishing content for a variety of internal communications channels, including: all hands meetings, executive emails, talking points, newsletters, digital signage, video, live events and more.Collaborating with creative partners and agencies to translate ideas into contentDrafting messages and scripts from senior leaders for presentations to employees in written or spoken form.Establishing and maintaining listening channels to monitor and measure employee sentiment for the Authentication Ops team, respond to feedback from team members and adjust communications plans accordinglySupporting the internal communications response to crisis situations that impact the authentication Ops organization.Advising senior executives on effective communications best practicesQualificationsKey Skills:Writing - Candidates should possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsSpeaking & Presentation Skills - Candidates should be comfortable speaking and presenting both to staff and senior leaders, and should be comfortable coaching senior leaders on presentation deliveryInterpersonal Skills: Candidates should have strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, which are essential to this roleCreative & Design Skills - Candidates should be comfortable managing production and directing creative teams on the delivery of printed visual assets, digital signage and video contentBA in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is preferred, though other degrees are acceptable.5-7 years of experience requiredRelevant experience working in internal communications, corporate communications, or at an agency.
