The world of Sports Trading Cards is multi-faceted with the need to focus on both the core health of the business as well as engage on informing our portfolio of services and critical initiatives. Working with internal and external partners, you will be the hub that connects multiple initiatives to bring Sports Trading Cards into the lives of eBay buyers throughout the world.This individual will act as the subject matter expert for their category and have a clear perspective on driving the approach and success criteria of key initiatives necessary to drive GMV and CSAT success. They will invest in designing and implementing scalable processes while informing complex cross-functional initiatives with a strong bias to outcome oriented execution. Finally, they will be focused on completing the levers to of the business necessary to achieve the category goals, working closely with cross-functional partners.Roles & Responsibilities:Drive the execution of key tactics and strategies necessary to achieve critical metrics success across GMV, CSAT for Sellers/Buyers, and initiative successResponsible for sourcing relevant unique selection negotiating pricing, exclusivity, and promotions necessary to drive selling successRecruit and launch new sellers, working to optimize both new and existing sellers with clear account plans necessary to grow seller velocity and visibilityPartner horizontally across functions including product, marketing, finance, and ads to design a research and implementation plan for key category initiativesDrive eBay onsite and offsite marketing and key event planning through brief creation demonstrating relevant sports and retail momentsDeliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business results in a data-driven updateBe the voice to the Trading Cards category and bring excitement to our internal and external communitiesRequirements:5+ years of related experience in a large, complex, ecommerce businessesDeep experience in sports trading cards with established relationships requiredStrong business acumen including negotiationStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility and interest to dive deep and roll-up sleeves as apart of operational executionBA/BS required, MBA or similar graduate degree preferredBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
