You are an innovative, efficient self-starter who can operate optimally in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will work closely with multiple teams across ebay to ensure our customer's short and long-term success in the UK market. This position is full-time and located in Dublin.Responsibilities:Develop and lead new strategies and extensions of the Pro-Trader ways of workingWork with regional business units and with different eBay teams to deliver growth to sellersOwn and track the commercial budget and ensure all records are maintained and shared with respective finance teams monthlyAccountable for coaching and development of the team, understand market dynamics to proactively support team in their specific industries. Offering coaching on how the team can support sellers and grow GMV.Deliver operational excellence managing handle marketing, finance, legal, customer service and analytics teams to ensure that promos are accurately implemented as designedCollaboration and a passion and high focus on customer-first advocacyEmbed a culture of employee engagement, learning, teamwork, respect, trust and adaptabilityChampion the eBay values and embed across the team's behaviours every day in this key culture manager roleRequirements:Commercial SkillsTrack record of building effective trading relationships with clients/suppliers/brands to drive outstanding advocacy and a joint focus on commercial outcomesOutstanding negotiation skills to source critical inventory and establish joint commercial targets.Track record in successfully leading Commercial/sales teamsAnalytical SkillsStrong analytical skills; can calculate, manage and monitor critical metrics.Advanced IT skills (including Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Soft SkillsHigh standards of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently with little guidance requiredExcellent communication, presentation and social skillsStrong planning, execution, and project management skillsThree to four years managing commercial/growth focus teamsDemonstrated exceptional emotional intelligence through a track record of earning positive recognition for conduct, integrity, and effectivenessKnowledge of CRM systems (inc.
