This role will iterate and expand on various marketing programs, primarily in the channels of Email and Native Push Notifications. This is a highly visible role and you will work closely with various cross functional teams within eBay.If you are passionate about Product Management and have deep domain expertise with CRM marketing, come join us!Responsibilities:Deep knowledge of eBay and its products with domain expertise in the marketing channels of Push Notifications and EmailDefining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the auctions/offers marketing portfolioCapturing and analysing customer and user feedback to improve the productCollaborating with the engineering teams to build and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirementsPrioritising features and work items based on business value, user needs, and other criteriaConducting market research and competitor analysis to find opportunities and threatsFacilitating communication and collaboration between the development team and other stakeholdersTracking and reporting on product performance and key metricsContinuously improving the product backlog and development processesConduct AB tests and work with analytics teams to measure the impact on success metricsQualifications:10+ years of strong product management experience with at least 5 years in ecommerce marketplaces. Experience in developing Marketing products in ecommerce strongly preferredStrong product sense - ability to understand consumer needs and figure simple ways to solve the needsMetrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure product performanceRelentless execution - ability to ship quality products in a fast paced and iterative mannerBuilds strong relationships across various teams within eBay; an active listener and clear communicator; can lead by influencingBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
