The team is responsible for multiple internal functions that support and drive key cross-vertical initiatives such as defining the vision for how eBay monetizes its marketplace, retail standards, trading, planning and strategic projects. The projects you will be involved in focus on collaborating with the different Operations teams and working very closely with the business units to drive inventory onto our site that is aligned with our strategic priorities.You will gain a wide breadth of hands-on experience which will be invaluable to your career as a project or program manager.In this role you will:Support in the implementation of supply and inventory-related projectsBe able to plan, coordinate and launch horizontal promotional activities E2E to drive relevant inventory onto the platformWork effectively with multiple internal functional and vertical teams and external partnersAnalyze performance data and results to identify areas to improve or iterate existing promotional activitiesSupport in creating presentations and business casesDevelop a playbook for existing supply programs Your profile:Bachelor's or Master's student - preferably in the fields of business, economics, management or other related fieldAnalytical skills and data driven mindsetGreat stakeholder management skills especially across team members, a matrix organization, external partners, and other internal leadershipVery good MS Office skills (esp.
