This includes sellers of all size: from very small (micro) businesses to SMBs (small and medium businesses), manufacturer/brands to large retail organizations. Typical engagement levers are social media channels, seller programs/initiatives (typically consulting initiatives), Podcasts, and seller events – to name a few.The Seller Engagement team is also “the voice of the B2C customer” within the German and broader organization.
