This Lead Product Manager will look for opportunities to introduce Video commerce elements like Live Streaming, Short Videos & Audio across various user flows and business flows across eBay. They will work closely with all partners across the business within a fast moving, goal-oriented culture (business partners, customers, peer product managers, researchers, development teams, designers and other functions) to meet product goals and improve the customer experience.Job Functions:Develop, maintain and execute against a Video Commerce Product RoadmapResponsible for the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including capturing and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision and ensure delivery of high quality features on time to achieve defined customer satisfaction goalsEvaluate Competitors for best practices and incorporate them in the product roadmapDo customer survey and interviewees to understand pain points and opportunities to improvePartner closely with analytics to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring, and iteration post launchUnderstand the dynamics and drivers of critical metrics and provide business recommendations accordinglyCommunicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teamsEvaluate and partner with 3rd party technology providers to augment or supplement your team or capabilitiesRequirements:7+ years in product management with at least 3 years in Agile environment3+ years of direct experience building and launching Video products like short videos or live streamingStartup experience is a plusExperience building / iterating on a SaaS platform a plusTrack record of delivering best-in-class experience, either internal tools or external consumer facingComfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zonesBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
