This person will get the opportunity to provide thought leadership for the integration of strategic partnerships into the business and subsequently into the marketing strategy. They will work cross-functionally to develop comprehensive marketing plans for strategic partnerships and new product releases, starting first with the integration between TCGplayer.com and eBay. This role should have a love of insights, obsession for keeping the consumer at the core of everything we do, and desire to constantly improve and optimize the customer experience.Responsibilities:Develop impactful strategies and shared marketing plans to bring the worlds of TCGplayer.com and eBay together, ensuring both brands collaboratively show up in a complementary way across all online and offline consumer touch pointsIdentify paid marketing investment strategies that optimize spend and drive maximum traffic in an efficient manner that drives meaningful growthAssemble offline events (shows, conferences, etc) with shared participation whereby both brands show up together in a meaningful and balanced wayIntegrate customer engagement models, cementing the loyalty of our most valuable customers and driving repeat purchasesIntegrate onsite marketing approach including deals and couponsProvide thought leadership for marketing partnerships from initial assessment to contract negotiations to onboarding the partnerDrive the oversight of end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, creative development and media plans, events and partnering with channel ownersMaintain good relationships with key partners across the Business Unit as well as internal and external cross-functional partners, engaging them at the appropriate points, communicating effectively with them, and managing their expectations and requirements.Partner with the analytics team to track and analyze key business metrics, evaluate campaign performance and actively optimize to ensure efficiency and integrityTake lead to inform partners on results, make data driven decisions for continuous improvement and develop an integrated marketing learning agendaLead the cross functional team to see opportunities throughout the purchase journey to drive demand for the existing Collectibles customers (identify specific support requirements including product, creative, data processing, CRM, incentive setup, and experience needs)Requirements:College degree required, MBA a plus6+ years of experience in go-to-market planning and partnerships marketing, with experience in Loyalty and/or Subscription programs and CRM.
