Troubleshoot the data plane performance, connectivity, retransmission and latency problems in L3~L7 of eBay network. Make sure eBay SLB (L4 ipvs + L7 envoy) work well in a big scale of distributed systems among multiple AZs and regions, take care of the problems/issues of SLB for the operations, monitoring (based on Prometheus/click-house), and intelligent ops (Anomaly detection) Support business scenarios (HTTP rules, TLS certificates, generic TCP applications, etc) that run on SLB and k8s networkPerformance tuning and troubleshooting for Linux kernel network stack including netfilter/iptables, tc, eBPF Job Requirements- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science major from colleges- 3+ years experience in data plane development or operations- Be good in either field below:- Kernel network like eBPF development experience Envoy experience or excellent C++ programming skill Disclaimer: Please note that by applying to this role, you are agreeing to be considered for multiple positions.
