The position resides within our product program management organization, supporting the Fashion initiative. Responsibilities:Prioritize and track the progress of the product portfolio against key objectives and resultsLead the project management activities end-to-end in very close collaboration with the product and tech leadsKey liaison with 3rd party vendor product and technology teamsReview and assess incoming support requests, provide support and guidance to product teams, remove obstacles, escalate requests to leadershipAssess existing PMO processes, structures and provide feedback on improvements and best practicesEffective, concise and meaningful reports/presentations to leadership on a regular basisQualifications:8+ years of consulting and project management experience + Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience Excellent portfolio/program management skills + communication and facilitation skillsIn-depth knowledge of Agile methodology; proficient in Jira, Scrum, PowerPointSelf-starter, can work independently; passion for products and customer experienceExperience successfully working with diverse stakeholders and driving project successesDriven, intellectually curious, quick study who will learn the business quickly, proactive problem solver who will actively engage in thoughtful debate. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
