You will be part of an agile engineering organization, which is responsible for groundbreaking development in our various AI initiatives.There is tremendous opportunity to tackle engineering challenges with machine learning large scale data processing, craft a platform that is in the beginning months and grow your career with it.Some of the things that you will do:Manage and lead engineers to build healthy and impactful teamSupport engineers in their career development by providing clear feedback and develop engineering leadersBe able to hands-on to help with the design, architecture, and supporting our customers and partners as neededEnsure high technical standards by instituting processes (architecture reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence)Work with engineering and product leadership to build a long-term roadmapCoordinate execution and collaborate across teams to unblock multi-functional teams projectsPreferred Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, with 10+ years of relevant experiencePrior success as a Senior Engineering Manager (5+ direct reports) for 3+ years, and have experience scaling engineering organization beforeParticipate in the technical discussions involving architecture, algorithms, and the economic aspect of the software development to scale out deployment strategiesSolid understanding of distributed systems, databases, and experience on building services and development using container based platform like KubernetesExperience and comfortable on giving technical presentations, talks to share updates of the team's progress and accomplishmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefits:Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
