You will lead the pillars of facility management, security/loss prevention, and EH&S programs for eBay's warehouse and logistic verticals. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and logistics management operations and will work closely with internal partners.You will be integral to our strategy of building trust in our marketplace. If so, please read below.General:Be the strategic partner for leadership and business owners for all compliance, security, and loss prevention needs.Implement strategies in support of business goals and objectives under a center of excellence model.Lead the way in formulating coherent risk mitigation strategies.Manage contracts, external suppliers and vendor relationships across all functions.Develop pivotal initiatives and tactical strategies for financial and operational success!Nurture cross-functional partnerships to include but not limited to the global business units.Crafts and maintains robust training programs, policies, procedures, standards, and requirements.Leads all aspects of business continuity, disaster recovery, and preparedness planning.Deliver CapEx and OpEx budget estimates while ensuring teams stay on forecast and within budget.Identify savings opportunities and develop programmatic efficiencies.Mentor leaders at all levels within the organization as well as promote and support the professional growth and development of all team members.Grow teams that move with conviction and innovate!Optimally communicate change to the company, team members, and partners.Build and implement management action plans to remedy audit findings.Yield new insights for executive leadership through detailed status updates and trend analyses.Loss Prevention/ Physical Security:Build and lead all facets of the loss prevention, supply chain security, physical security.Partner with internal Technology Infrastructure teams to ensure the local management, installation, and maintenance of global physical security systems.Develop and implementing minimum viable product and phased security models.Facility Management:Formulate workplace experience strategies that crafts an inviting, flexible, adaptable and cost-efficient environment under the changing paradigm of work.Lead all facility maintenance, utility, and end of life programs for critical and non-critical facility infrastructure.SafetyEnsures all facilities are aligned with eBay’s global regulatory responsibilities and policies are current surrounding occupational health and safety.Partner with Operations Managers, Market Ops Directors and Headquarter Leadership to reduce EHS risk across the organization.Accurately report on eBay’s facility carbon footprint and develop strategies to reduce corporate carbon emissions.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.10+ years of global warehouse management operations, planning and execution with an understanding of compliance law.Experience in federal, state, and local law enforcement as well as military service will be weighed accordingly.5+years of experience successfully managing global teams in a corporate/warehouse/logistic operation.In-depth understanding of Enterprise Risk Management and risk assessment methodologies.Deep experience and expertise building and leading high functioning diverse teams that succeed in a multidisciplinary environment with ambitious priorities.Experience with OSHA preferred.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage a diverse array of responsibilities.Availability with immediate response at any time to multifaceted incidents.25% international and domestic travel, required.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
