Whose purpose is to build technology infrastructure that is essential to eBay delivering a flawless customer support experience.The role:Senior Product Manager, Regulatory is responsible for defining the end to end experience of the tools that our Teammates (Agents)use to interact with our customers and help them resolve issues. This particular role is focused on leading the regulatory track of work. More specifically, understanding and planning how regulations impact the tools our teammates used to help keep our buyers and sellers safe. After planning, this role will implement those changes.As the product leader for regulatory, this role is responsible for defining the global vision and strategy, collaborating closely with development, working with business partners to prioritize, delivering on the strategic product roadmap, and by doing so revolutionize the way our Teammates assist our Buyers and Sellers!Responsibilities:Ability to be both the customer and regulatory domain expert; write scripts for demos; demonstrate onstage product features.Set the priorities for multiple projects. Ensures the end to end product design is successful.Strategy development and execution: Lead the strategy and vision of Customer Care Tools regulatory for our Teammates and then implement it.Work with key partners to develop Objectives and Key Results, develop roadmap / strategies that accomplish the Key Results.Be accountable for articulating (Storytelling) and executing the strategies and roadmap.Continue to weave D&I into the fabric of the eBay business – through recruiting and developing talent.Requirements:5+ years of Product Manager experience.Domain expertise in delivering solutions for Regulatory projects.Relationship builder, proven experience building relationships across business and development teams.Demonstrable experience with defining UI Concepts, from wireframing to low fidelity mockups.Previous experience with delivering Customer Service Technology solutions.Experience driving non-linear business outcomes through technology solution and implementation at scale.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
