We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to manage the operations of a 200 people organization including communication, coordination, budget and operational excellence. DAP is a geo distributed organization focused on building platforms and services for collection, organization, access and interpretation of data for all eBay users. It is grounded in its purpose of “democratizing data” for better decision-making and improved customer experiences at eBay.The roleThis role is one of the most trusted and confidential roles reporting to the VP of Data Analytics Platforms, and will be the key person to define, implement and manage the org’s operating plan and strategy. The role is integral to the organization’s productivity and effectiveness, in leading teams, uniting people across the org and helping them move forward.We are looking for someone with a strong data background, excellent communication skills and experience in both strategic and collaborative operational management abilities. You will be the executive’s “force multiplier” overseeing internal operations and spearheading operations excellence strategic projects. You should be high energy with strong operational skills, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results.
