To that end, we are innovating rapidly in the ad-tech space and there is no shortage of new challenges for motivated individuals.Read about some of our products and recent work here: https://www.ebayads.com/About the opportunityThe Partner Development Manager will be responsible for growing advertising revenue by partnering with listing integrators, ad-tech platforms, and agencies to scale demand for our advertising product portfolio via API integration. You will partner with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders to bring our partnership strategy to life and collaborate with Product & Engineering, Marketing, Analytics and Commercial teams. This role reports to the Head of Global Partner Development focused in the APAC, North American and European markets.Responsibilities:Lead the growth and engagement strategy with a select group of both our existing and new partners, owning outreach, pitch, negotiation, close, and execution stages across a wide range of partners via Joint-Business-PlansOwn retention and expansion strategies, including identifying opportunities to grow relationships with existing partners to help them succeed and best leverage the platformIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities to match buyer demand to the supply from their sellers and using the API as a tool to quickly ramp-up and drive sales velocityCollaborate closely with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations to implement strategies and ensure ongoing success of our partnershipsAnalyze partnership performance and providing recommendations to optimize and improve resultsSet up and maintain a high bar for measurable performance and execution, aligning to wider company goals and objectives and key results (OKRs), ultimately growing our business by increasing revenueStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy and tacticsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, and ad-techStrong negotiation and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key partnersAnalytical mindset and ability to use data to inform decision-makingSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvertising experience working in a media agency, advertiser client, or publisherWorking with big and small companies as advertisersBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
