The Global Sales Strategy & Operations team develops and drives long-term strategies related to driving effectiveness and optimizing efficiencies within the Business Development, 3rd Party Partnerships, Integration and Seller Acceleration teams. We focus on improving processes, tools, training, and delivering insights to enable these teams to deliver seller success and sustainable growth.The Opportunity:The Sr. Sales Operations Process Manager will be responsible for leading projects which drive sales productivity, global consistency of execution, and adoption of best practices. You will be creating repeatable, scalable processes, frameworks, and playbooks working cross-functionally to deliver on key objectives. The role will partner closely with our Seller Excellence sub-teams, analytics, the Salesforce technology, product, and category teams. You will have a strong focus on crafting a culture of operational excellence from process improvement to documentation and end-to-end project delivery.Responsibilities include:Identify optimization and automation opportunities across the end-to-end seller lifecycle and internal sales processPartner with Sales Strategy & Insights to build pre and post sales playbooks and a seller support segmentation modelOwn project requirements documentation including process flows and any other assets used to collect, manage, and provide transparency into project objectivesLiaise with Sales, Merchant Integration, and the Salesforce team to prioritize change and project requestsOwn and drive projects forward; participate in user acceptance testing, creating training documentation, and delivering training on respective initiativesAssist with planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for portfolio of projectsRequirements:Proven experience in sales operations, enablement, or business operations within a technology sales environmentProven track record of success in business process, operational strategy, trends, issues and data analysis to deliver against business objectivesBuild positive relationships across various teams within eBay and enjoy collaborationHighly results oriented and drivenProcess oriented with strong analytical skillsStrong communication and presentation skills, balancing high level information with detailed analysisDemonstrated ability to work independently and with little directionHistory of program or project management including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, organizational change, project costing etc.Strong knowledge in the Salesforce CRM platform functionality and standard methodologiesBenefits:Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
