In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing scalable and efficient crowd-sourced solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including managers, developers, business analysts and data scientists to deliver products and services that leverage crowdsourcing techniques.Key Responsibilities:1.    Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality crowd-sourced solutions.2.    Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements.3.    Analyze business domains and identify opportunities to address problems using crowd-sourcing methodologies.4.    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including managers, developers, business analysts and data scientists.5.    Communicate with crowd performers to solve their issues and improve the overall quality of the data annotation process.6.    Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.7.    Contribute to building and maintaining an internal knowledge database. Requirements:1.    Proven experience in building and launching crowd-sourcing projects from scratch on one of the leading platforms, such as Amazon Mechanical Turk.2.    Proficient in Python for scripting and data manipulation tasks.3.    Proficient in SQL for querying and managing databases.4.    Basic knowledge of machine learning principles and algorithms.5.    Fluent spoken and written English. Preferred Competencies:1.    Experience in labeling large datasets with over 100,000 samples.2.    Familiarity with advanced data analytics and visualization tools. 3.    Background in computer vision, natural language processing or related fields.4.    Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Benefits:Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
