The Business Operations organization serves as the connective tissue of eBay, to drive cross-functional alignment and enable execution, operational effectiveness and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive critical Strategic Planning processes that require excellent storytelling such as: Strategy documents, Board of Director support, eBay key launchs roadmap, Initiative Business Case documents, etc.Support change management efforts across the organization to build stronger collaboration and connection across planning teams.Own the operating model around company level initiatives, which are our most important initiatives / investments. Operating model includes regular cadence of executive reviews, creating and owning reporting templates, working with initiative owners on metrics and status updates. In addition, lead the eBay initiative yearly offsite, responsible for landing the critical work that will drive significant growth for eBay.Problem solve through discovery of Planning & Execution inefficiencies.Facilitate & drive communications across teams during the planning process and support written and verbal communications with leadershipDrive the creation of central planning based tools, as needed (i.e. project charters, project plans, etc)Support Business Operations Partner activities, as needed.RequirementsExperience in Management Consulting and/or Business Operations.
