About the Role: Tubi is the largest growing AVOD platform with the best streaming experience and the most extensive library of Movies, TV shows, and Live News. Inside the organization, we rely heavily on data and insights for taking any decision associated with our product. The Product Analyst thrives at the intersection of Product Analytics, Data Science, Product Design, and Engineering. They own the product/feature metrics to see consistent upward trends in the lines. The candidates will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background – with a hunger to optimize product funnels and make products grow.  Responsibilities: Conduct product analysis to identify trends and insights in customer behavior, including engagement, retention, and purchase history Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer data and insights, including sales, marketing, and customer service Analyze data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to create reports and presentations that provide insights into customer behavior and CRM performance Develop and maintain CRM metrics and dashboards using CRM tools such as Braze, Hubspot, or Zoho etc. data that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into CRM performance Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for CRM improvements and optimizations, including segmentation strategies, personalization tactics, and channel optimization Work with the CRM Manager to create and maintain the CRM roadmap using project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Trello that align with business objectives and customer needs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM analysis and management Your Background: 3+ years of experience in product analysis, CRM, or related field 3+ years experience doing quantitative analysis with solid hands-on SQL Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Zoho etc Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field #LI-AT1 #LI-Remote Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements , the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
