What You Get To Do Every Day Act as primary point of contact for the copy/receiving team regarding the authenticity of items Validate authentication processes used by copy/receiving team  Ensure the success of the company by checking random assortments of product and actively identifying authentication issues/threats to the business Develop and implement resources and trainings to ensure that zero tolerance for acceptance of counterfeit goods is met  Assist the Authentication and Brand Compliance team in effectively processing items through the product pipeline Manage team resources to ensure product is authenticated, priced, and appropriately described throughout the receiving/copy process  Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, trends, corrective actions, and re-validations Maintain strong understanding of market pricing trends and KPI’s Review accuracy/authenticity of product before launch to the site Conduct product knowledge training & coaching for internal associates and external teams What You Bring To The Role Collaborative team player  Multi-brand knowledge, with particular regard to authenticity Knowledge of competitive markets  High attention to detail; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data  Able to prioritize and maximize time management  Strong understanding of retail math (velocity, sell through etc)  Communication skills; comfortable presenting to small and large groups Compensation | Benefits | Perks Salary base pay + incentive bonus on performance $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock at discounted rates) 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) & 9 Paid Holidays Up to 40 hours of COVID-19 PTO is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis State of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facility   The expected salary range for this role is $77,878.00 - $89,003.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
