YOUR MISSION As the Vice President of Finance, you will help our company scale for its next growth phase by driving more analytical rigor in our activities, improving the predictability of our business, and ensuring that we are investing in areas that will deliver strong ROI.  In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and:  Work closely with the CFO and the executive management team to meet financial goals and develop long-term strategic plans Lead company-wide strategic planning, budgeting, and management reporting; own and manage the Company’s Financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) Develop and utilize data-driven analytics to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to detect growth opportunities across the company  Provide analytical perspectives and executive financial summaries for important strategic decisions, including M&A activities and significant capital investments Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports - assess operating and financial results, understand key trends, review current and future business risks Build dashboards to capture key performance metrics; implement processes to performance manage the business in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams Develop unit economics to understand key drivers of the business model. Make recommendations to improve ROI Identify and implement technology, software, and new processes to scale the financial planning and reporting processes and support the growth of the business Build, nurture, and lead a team of high-performing FP&A professionals that support functional management and teams across the Company YOUR PROFILE 12+ years of experience in Finance with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role Strong executive leadership skills with experience partnering at the board, investor, and executive management levels Experience building, leading, and developing the FP&A function in hyper-growth environments, preferably in B2B SaaS  Exposure to pre-IPO scale-ups going on the journey to IPO readiness Demonstrated expertise in finance and strategic planning, including core competencies in budgeting and reporting, financial modeling and analysis, and capital budgeting A proactive leader and effective coach committed to the development and engagement of their team Previous experience with M&A activity is highly desirable, ideally in Investment Banking, VC or PE environments Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and distill complex ideas and information Ability to work independently from a remote location Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred WHAT WE OFFER In addition to being part of our quest to help people empower their imagination, we offer: Competitive salary 401K (US only) Company equity Health insurance Fertility benefits Muralvida stipend (for fitness, wellness, learning and coworking) Fully remote team Parental leave End of year closure Design thinking trainings Mural free forever plan OUR VALUES We bring people to our team that care about our mission to inspire and connect creative people globally, and who feel aligned with our values: Make others successful Adapt to thrive Play to wow Think global Experiment like an owner Practicing equality through imagination work.
