You must be a self-starter who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a long-term strategic vision, and the drive to see tasks to completion in a timely manner. Work with the Social Media team to design and implement social media strategy and editorial calendar to align with business goals Plan, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Oversee cohesive design and content for each social media profile (e.g. LinkedIn banner, profile pictures) Monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, messages and other customer inquiries in a timely manner or elevating issues to internal stakeholders, as needed Conduct social listening to assess trends and competitor landscape Collaborate with marketing, design and other teams to provide attractive and informative social media campaigns Keep up with the ever changing social media outlets and trending tactics Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Track specific campaigns, as well as ongoing social media performance Coordinate social influencer program and establish relationships with influencers on social media Set specific objectives, understand and meet KPIs, provide regular reporting to leadership Leverage employee base to generate original social media content Suggest and implement new projects to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions Align content with audience demographics and business goals for each platform Coordinate and/or conduct photo and video shoots for social media Be a brand champion for Keeper Security and our products Assist with various other marketing and communications duties, as needed
