We are looking for a motivated and talented Product Marketing Manager to be a part of our growing Marketing team and drive the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies through effective and differentiated product positioning and messaging. #LI-Remote A day in the life: Drive the product story/positioning by developing a comprehensive understanding our target segments’ personas, problems/pain points, needs and motivations Collaborate with marketing and product teams on product marketing strategy and GTM tactics that set up Fairmatic to win in our targets segments Creatively test and validate assumptions/hypotheses as part of informing the product and GTM strategy Transform technical product features into benefit-driven messaging that amplifies Fairmatic’s differentiators and resonate with our target audience Develop a framework for empowering the sales, marketing and customer success teams to champion Fairmatic during new product launches, feature updates and sales discussions Act as the voice of our customers and distribution partners by gathering a high confidence understanding of the problems they need to solve, the drivers of their purchase decisions and their preferred distribution channels Develop effective and strategic product collateral for sales enablement and work closely with our product, sales and partnerships teams to bring impactful product messaging to life Maintain a thoughtful, up-to-date and informed point of view on the market and competitor landscape. Empower marketing and sales team with impactful market and competitive intelligence Embrace a data-led approach to product marketing initiatives by consistently tracking signals, measuring campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities Exemplify and foster Fairmatic’s humble, collaborative and impact-obsessed culture
