If you are looking to help us reimagine the world, come join us: Make an Impact VERSES is seeking a motivated Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love and is able to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. Reporting to the CTO, as part of the product team, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver our company’s vision and strategy. Essential Functions - a/k/a Your Mission Deeply understanding customer needs and identifying product gaps to generate new ideas for market growth and improved customer experience. Securing buy-in for product vision from internal and external stakeholders. Developing pricing, positioning, and sales strategies based on market analysis and competitive assessments. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and strategy documents. Driving execution of product lifecycle processes, including research, planning, roadmap development, launch, and evaluation. Collaborating closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success and optimal resource allocation. Acting as a product evangelist to raise awareness and understanding. Representing the company by visiting customers for feedback on products and services. Great to Haves Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus or 10 years equivalent relevant experience 3+ years of experience in product management. Proven track record of delivering successful products from inception to launch. Strong understanding of user experience and customer-centric design principles. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decision-making. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban. The pay range for our roles are market based and commensurate with multiple factors. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws; with the salary starting at $150,000.
