THE ROLE:  We are looking for a Business Operations Lead that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job. This position is remote.  As a Business Operations Lead at Vivian Health, you will help manage revenue-critical data processes within our Success Based Program. You will work closely with Clients and the Client Success team to help scale the business and drive revenue by making data-centric decisions and increasing placement tracking accuracy with our customers. One day you may find yourself working with a customer to develop optimization strategies, while the next day you may be auditing another customer’s performance to ensure accurate data tracking and enforce contract rules. This individual will be a standard-bearer for the effective management of our Success Based Program by analyzing complex data processes with our customers, developing and maintaining key success metrics, and mitigating revenue risks. You’ll work to identify opportunities within our contracts and product to continually improve customer performance and Vivian monetization. Then, you’ll work with leadership to communicate your insights and implement plans cross-functionally. You are a curious person who is excited to take ownership of this developing program with our customers. You are highly analytical and love solving ambiguous business problems through exploratory analysis. You have great business intuition and can create actionable insights from data. You aren’t afraid to communicate directly with customers to ensure Vivian’s interests are protected.  You have worked closely with the Engineering and/or BI teams and analytically made suggestions based on your observations and insights. You have worked closely with customer success managers on establishing and improving playbooks and processes to support internal and customer growth. What you’ll do: Become an expert in the Vivian platform and customer data processing application  Conduct data pipeline analysis to assess the accuracy of our data integrations with customers, working with Engineering to triage when necessary Help create and enforce business rules to ensure Vivian effectively monetizes contract placements made on our customer’s behalf Qualify Vivian customers for the Success based business based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer operations Work with Account Managers and leadership to drive improved customer performance based on their respective business metrics Own escalated cases of low performing customers to understand root causes, leading to resolution via improved performance or change of customer service type Collaborate with Product to drive revenue improving changes on the Vivian platform for customers and Vivian alike THE TEAM: This role will report into the Director of Business Operations and will work closely with all teams across the customer management cycle including customer success, operations, business intelligence, and engineering.  THE SKILL SET:  4+ years of experience in business operations, data operations, management consulting, or another technical related role at a fast-growing startup 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role BA/BS degree in math, statistics, economics, business, physics or equivalent work experience SQL experience with the ability to write intermediate- level scripts Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using data Strong communication & collaboration skills. You excel at driving cross-functional initiatives both internally and externally, and can clearly communicate and effectively build alignment. A motivated and self-driven mindset. You are energetic, driven and can thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment THE NICE TO HAVES:  Experience using Python or working to develop APIs THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS: The range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 yearly salary plus variable compensation with on target earnings of up to $130,000 - $135,000, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
