What you will be doing:
Internally lead out the implementation process for strategic accounts utilizing Podium’s products in various industries in a timely manner.
Partner with the Strategy, Account Managers, and Sales departments to build out and continuously improve the customer implementation processes
Work cross functionally to ensure all and new aspects within each strategic account is set up and updated (new products, users, locations, features, integrations, etc.)
Update account product management layouts
Ensure all integrations are working smoothly
Utilize data tools to bulk upload and provide edits to account setup
What you should have:
1 year of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
Deep knowledge of SaaS products and services
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution
Self starter with prior experience navigating complex customer environments
Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results
Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
Curious & detail oriented to a fault
