We require a dedicated Project Manager to support Learning and Development initiatives.  Here’s what you’ll be working on: Working with the Learning and Development Manager, the Project Manager will support the execution of Learning and Development initiatives and events, including: Onboarding Management training Moloco Talks A leadership accelerator program  An annual Senior Leadership summit Engineering Leadership program Women at Moloco retreats They will also support the ongoing management of associated programmatic tools, including: Sana Labs (learning platform) Together (mentoring platform) Babbel (language learning platform)  Third-party platform access (e.g., Google Cloud Learning licenses)  Additionally, they may support the execution of one-off trainings, such as group training workshops.  DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated project management experience in Learning and Development, including leading project reporting and forecasting Knowledge of learning ecosystems Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects in alignment with business objectives  Ability to be strategic, tactical, and operational in thinking  Detail-oriented, with strong time management, prioritizing and follow-up skills Experience planning and executing onsite and offsite training events   Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, resolve conflict, and deliver tough messages with grace  Experienced user of project management software, such as Jira and Asana Experience working in Ad Tech and/or global environments is a plus Ref: 9017
