Opportunity Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our fast paced, passionate, and high energy Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and partnering with our Senior Technical Recruiters, you will source, screen, and hire technical talent. Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product will be areas of focus, but you will assist with other positions throughout the organization as needed. The right candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound applications and inquiries about current engineering opportunities. It’s important that you’re interested in and willing to take on new tasks as the needs of the business are constantly changing.

What you will do:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer for multiple requisitions
Partner with Sr. Recruiters and business partners to understand business needs and execute on them independently
Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting quality candidates
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms
Utilize our ATS to track, manage, and efficiently maintain candidate and requisition data
Participate in weekly team sourcing power hours to support niche requisitions
Interact professionally and positively with all business partners in the organization
Ad Hoc projects and reporting
Your background & requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, required
Minimum of 3 of full lifecycle technical recruiting, required
Experience in a high growth tech company, required
Experience with Google Suite, preferred
Experience with an ATS required, experience with Greenhouse preferred
Experience with Software Engineer recruiting required, Machine Learning, and Data Science recruiting, strongly preferred
Experience and knowledge of Immigration requirements and related issues, strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
Can work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus
