Opportunity Overview:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and work alongside our fast paced, passionate, and high energy Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for providing logistical and operational support to coordinate key phases of a candidate's life cycle as they move through the interview process. The right candidate will enjoy an emphasis on process driven tasks that require strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to both problem-solve, and anticipate and address potential issues in advance. This is an evolving role where you will be exposed to and trained in all areas of the Talent Acquisition team. It’s important that you’re interested in and willing to take on new tasks as the needs of the business are constantly changing.

What you will do:
Work with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting
Facilitate and schedule candidate interviews with talent acquisition and hiring teams
Partner with recruiters to communicate expectations and ensure candidates and hiring teams have a positive interview experience
Track status of candidates in the interview process and coordinate with the talent acquisition team on feedback and status updates
Support recruiters with preliminary phone interviews
Support our sourcer with niche requisitions
Assist with entering new requisitions, posting jobs, and building out the interview process in the ATS
Interact professionally and positively with all business partners in the organization
Ad Hoc projects and reporting
Your background & requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree, required
1 year of professional or internship experience supporting Recruiting and interview scheduling, required
Experience with Google Suite, preferred
Experience with an ATS required, experience with Greenhouse preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
Can work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus
