Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a high volume Talent Acquisition Recruiter to work alongside our fast paced, passionate, and high energy Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for our non exempt, high volume Service Operations recruiting. Hiring anywhere from 40 to over 100 people a month, you will provide logistical and operational support to coordinate the candidate's life cycle as they move through the interview process. The right candidate will enjoy an emphasis on process driven tasks that require strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to both problem-solve, and anticipate and address potential issues in advance. What you will do: Manage the non-exempt hiring process partnering with Operations leadership to understand business needs and execute on them independently  Host Open House events and Group Interview sessions Facilitate and schedule candidate group interviews  Utilize our ATS to track, manage, and efficiently process a high volume of candidates Manage waitlists and provide adequate communication to prospective candidates Support recruiters with preliminary phone interviews for other positions, gaining exposure to other areas of the business Support our sourcer with niche requisitions Interact professionally and positively with all business partners in the organization Ad Hoc projects and reporting Your background & requirements: Associate or Bachelor degree, required Minimum of 1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting, required Experience with Google Suite, preferred Experience with an ATS required, experience with Greenhouse preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines Can work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervision Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus   We can’t wait to learn more about you and meet you at Cohere Health!
